PEER EDUCATORS AND COUSELLORS.
This society that was founded in July of 2007 as part of the Population Council for the Kenya Adolescent Reproductive Health Project (KARHP) and has been in operation since then.
The pioneer group consisted of 16 students who were trained on how to educate and guide fellow peers courtesy of the Hope Worldwide International. The group has since grown to 30 students from across the school board.
Our mission is to empower our peers with knowledge on how to cope with life as an adolescent on such maters such as HIV/AIDS, conflict prevention and resolution, drug abuse, sexuality just to mention a few.
With the constant support and wise counsel of our Patron and the school’s Guidance and counseling teacher Mrs. Osii, we are sure to inspire our peers to become powerful, positive influences of this generation.
